I honestly thought this was a good company, I think some of the products are clean with good ingredients but the spm supplement is so expensive and got a really bad rash and it boggled my mind when I seen that they use non organic soy which is heavily sprayed with pesticides, I don't understand why they can't use something like coconut oil instead of soy , that tells me that they are cheap and would rather use something cheap like soy instead of coconut oil or oil olive. That's sad that people probably don't even know this is a bad ingredient, ima do my best to expose this company for this reason, I will never buy anything from this company again, I've actually made them alot of money because I've bought alot of vitamins from them

I received an email from Double Wood Supplements offering a gift card for filling out a survey (guaranteed). I filled out the survey and was promised to receive a gift card in about 2 weeks. However, it's been more than 3 weeks now, and I still haven't gotten it. I emailed them but have yet to receive a response. So don't fall for it. Edit: the company reached out to me to fix everything, so I went ahead and bumped up my rating.

Your company has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. First, i did not intend to subscribe to monthly orders. As soon as I noticed I canceled, but your company took advantage of me by pushing the next order thru. Knowing that it would be an ordeal to return the item. But I followed thru with your instructions and marked it refused/return to sender. Then the post office informed me that the return address was not sufficient. It is now sitting there collecting dust while I wait for your further instructions. Meanwhile I will give you a fair review on Google and contact PayPal for my money to be returned. Thus I will never order from you or recommend your company to anyone.

Was charged for an Item I didn't purchase. I made an order with them which went through later they placed a secon order without my knowledge. Pretty shasy stuff.

Magnesium Glycinate 400 mg was suggested by my oncologist for night leg and (especially) arm cramps which were exacerbated by Anastrozole (estrogen blocker). I started with 4 much more expensive 100 mg capsules and it was a relief to just take 1 a day. My night cramps are much reduced (some weeks, entirely gone).

Bought magnesium l threonate to help me sleep--it actually worked! Bought a bunch for my friends and in doing so, accidentally subscribed to an obscene amount of monthly magnesium l threonate LOL! Imagine my surprise when I was billed for it, not realizing why! Not only did Double Wood Support respond to my (frantic!) email the same day, but they solved the problem, too! That kind of efficiency and kindness are hard to come by these days. GREAT SERVICE (and products...I'm sleeping so much better!)
