I have fibromyalgia and I have severe muscle cramps. I have been taking magnesium for over 20 years. I find that I do much better when I take magnesium in Malate form. If I go one day without it, I have leg cramps. I have been taking another brand for several years. II have just recently found Double Wood supplements.
