La verdad es que el producto no me gustó, pero es que creo que es difícil comprar un perfume de tu agrado sin olerlo antes y eso fue lo que me pasó al comprar en línea. Pero toda la experiencia de reembolso fue muy agradable, fueron muy atentos y rápidos.

Amazing service! I got sent a faulty bottle, and was going to leave a bad review. But then i wrote to them, and asked for help. They were willing to send a new perfume, and i am very grateful for their service.

Now that’s a turnaround, Valdemar! Things happen sometimes, but showing up, listening, and making it right is what truly counts. We’re so happy it all worked out in the end.
I’ve ordered for the first time with Dossier to get the Lost Americana in collaboration with Mgk. And I am really happy to have done it. The perfume smells so good, it’s not overpriced for the quality. I also had some queries to the customer service team and they were very quick to reply and give detailed answers, they care about their customers which is refreshing in today’s world. Anyway, overall very happy with dossier, I will recommend and reorder from them for sure.

I ordered my daughter perfume in December of 2024. Unknown to me I signed up for a monthly service that cost $39 each month. I have attempted to get reimbursed, of which they credited me 4 months, then they closed the account before I could use the balance of the credits in my account.

I ordered the Ambery Saffron and it smells fantastic. Their communication is also great because when I accidentally subscribed to Dossier+ they immediately replied. Product arrived very quickly.

Decidí comprar algunos de mis regalos decembrinos en Dossier gracias a las buenas reseñas que ví en Instagram y en los patrocinios que hacen en Youtube. Hice mi compra y todo bien. Te envían tus comprobantes decompra y la guía de paquetería. Llegaron rápido y en forma. Mi sorpresa fue que al abrir mi paquete faltaba un producto. Inmediatamente me comunique por medio de Ayuda Dossier para informar que faltaba uno de mis perfumes. Su respuesta fue pronta y amable. Solicitaron fotografias de mi paquete y de los productos que si llegaron para hacer una investigación. Me resolvieron en horas y justo ahora me anunciaron que reenviarán mi perfume. Estoy satisfecha y gradecida. Además todo lo que me llegó es de excelente calidad. Sin duda volveré a comprar.
