This company the name itself to me says fashion statement and their scents live up to that title .... I heard about this company last month on youtube and I've been shopping dossier scents every since and I must say I am very very very impressed with these dupes omg spot on ..... I use to purchase the higher end perfumes but I realize that I was purchasing bottles and name only and the scents were always last and the scents should've been the star of it all that's what really make it all come together .... I didn't really realize that until I received my first package from dossier AND SPICY ORCHID IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SCENTS REALTALK I WILL ALWAYS PURCHASE SPICY ORCHID ....IM GONNA TRY MORE SCENTS UNTIL I PURCHASE THEM ALL .... DOSSIER U GOT A FAN FOR LIFE .....

The customer service at Dossier is excellent. Their perfumes are top quality and I have ordered from them for over a year. I had an issue where my order was not delivered as it had stated. All I had to do was email them and let them know and I immediately received a reply from them. In the end they sent out the exact same or to me with no charge. I will continue to use them and keep getting compliments on the perfume they sale.

I’ve been buying from them for several years now. Ive not found another co that makes dupes as good as they do. Their customer service is also fantastic

Amazing customer service! I ordered three bottles of cologne and a few hours after purchasing, realized I accidentally set my mailing address to an old address I lived at previously. I went to the Dossier website and found information that says, “Changing your shipping address is not possible after the first hour after purchasing.” I quickly emailed customer support and a few hours later, Robert emailed me back letting me know he was able to adjust my address and have my package delivered to the correct location. Thank you, Robert! He saved me a ton of time and hassle with tracking down a delivery sent to the wrong place.

I contacted Dossier through chat and was placed with Cristian. He helped me immensely with my order and even asked his supervisor if he could do something that would help even better with my order. I was so pleased and super grateful.

The perfumes are amazing. I have all the real perfumes and bought the inspired and they not only smell the same, but better and also last longer. I cant walk 20 feet without someone stopping me to ask what I am wearing.
