Great customer service. I emailed Dossier to get an update on my package - customer service (Mark) replied immediately with my tracking information. I ordered 3 bottles 4 days ago and they're scheduled to arrive tomorrow. So. Shipping is really fast. Thank you

I came across Dossier website hoping to place an order but at present shipping isn't available to the UK, however there is a website that allows you to view their products. I contacted the customer service team and spoke with Mark, who was very prompt in getting back to me, answered all my questions and was very informative. I look forward to the UK site going live given all the amazing reviews I've seen so far. Thanks Mark!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I had some issues receiving my package ( though it was already delivered in like a week after opening ) unfortunately I did not receive. Within a week of investigation Mark in customer care was able to help me and get it reordered without ANY trouble with the fastest responses. I am so thankful for them and their customer service and I absolutely will be ordering again

I have made multiple orders from Dossier and every time they ship exceptionally fast. The quality of the fragrances are top tier and has really good staying power. My most recent order went through without redeeming my Dossier Club points, so I emailed them inquiring what to do, and Christian's initial response email stated that my points could be applied to my already sent through order, and that it was already taken care of. Cristian replied within minutes and was very efficient! One of the best customer service experiences I have been through!

What a great experience! I received an email saying my package had been delivered, but after looking everywhere, I couldn’t find it. I emailed Customer Service, who asked me to give it a few days. They said if it still didn’t arrive, they would see what they could do. The next day the package showed up in my mailbox. It was great to be able to get an immediate response from Customer Service, and not feel like I was left hanging with nowhere to turn. Good job, Dossier.

I absolutely love dossier! The entire brand is incredible. It’s such an amazing concept to make High-end perfumes accessible while still maintaining the quality. And dossier maintains it perfectly. But not only are the fragrances amazing but their customer service as well. My perfume arrived leaking. I was dissatisfied but I knew it was likely a result of shipping and not something in dossier’s control. Still I emailed them and told them what had happened. And they were so kind and helpful. They even gave me the option to either get a new bottle shipped or a refund while still keeping my leaked bottle. Such a great team. Thank you dossier!!

First off, their perfumes are so nice! I’ve introduced them to many of my friends. Even while working, I frequently get asked.. “what you wearing?!” Second, the customer service is awesome. I ordered the wrong scent and sent an email to customer service to swap it. They promptly answers my email and Robert was quick to swap my scents!! Thank you so much!

I love Dossier's fragrances. I have a massive collection of over 800 fragrances and have tons to choose from and still I often reach for a Dossier. The scents are very close to the originals and often times have better performance. Their customer service is excellent! If you love fragrances then you owe it to yourself to try Dossier. I own 32 of them and they are all fantastic. I will be buying more until I own them all.
