I just placed an order for 3 fragrances and I was surprised when I was charged a $9.00 shipping fee. No matter how many times I cancelled and repeated the order process, I was charged. I reached out to customer service after going ahead and completing the order and my refund of the shipping fee was immediately expedited. I was very impressed by this prompt response. I will continue to be a repeat customer not only because the fragrances are awesome but because of the manner in which they respond to customer inquiries.

Had an issue with delivery, but after explaining the circumstances the customer service team shipped me another bottle right away! Been a fan of Dossier for years and glad to say their customer service is as good as the products themselves!

They have great customer service. There was a misunderstanding with me and a membership I didn't know I had. I reached out to them, they heard me out, and they sent me the money back.

My customer service rep Mike was amazing! He fixed my issue and was very pleasant to communicate with. The only thing that would make it better would to be able to speak with someone instead of emailing.
