Holy S*** Andrew is a beast ! I’m coming from a SOF Military background and these guys are extremely punctual and responsive. I emailed requesting to cancel my order because I ordered the wrong cologne and literally 1 Minute later it got canceled ! Insanely professional customer service , made my day .

I purchased the Spicy Orchid (Tom Ford Black Opal dupe) and the fragrance was very close and long lasting. Regrettably, I mistakenly agreed to a membership. Fortunately for me, Customer Service responded to my cancellation request without delay. I am very pleased and will certainly purchase from Dossier again.

I purchased two advent calendars and sadly the smells give me migraines, I tried to return only to find out they are not returnable! I spoke with customer service and showed them the webpage and it doens't say not returnable, she showed me some tiny FAQ that hides that it's not returnable. Shady company stay away.

I needed to return some scents but work had been really busy and I missed the ship-back-by date. I contacted customer service and explained my situation, they responded to my email in minutes, and were very happy to extend the return window for me. from price, product, and customer service, could not more highly recommend Dossier!

I received the wrong fragrance from dossier but emailed them and got an immediate response stating that they were doing an investigation as to what happened. A couple of days later all the issues were resolved and their customer service was amazing. (And the incorrect fragrance still smelled amazing, just wasn’t what I had ordered)
