WOW! I wish I had found this company 15 years ago they are such an amazing brand. I have never in my smelled scents as good as these that are also “healthier” the packaging is 10/10 and the bottles themselves are so good. Order 7. Loved them so much we ordered seven more! I tell everyone about this brand and honestly I’m trying to collect them all. THESE SMELLS ARE SO POWERFUL. overnight in bed sleeping wear; still smelled it in the morning, which is not easy to do with scents. The ambery saffron is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Feeling rich. Thank you so much! There sales are pretty awesome too that’s how I became a patron. Customer service and shipping prompt and courteous.

I love dossier perfumes! They are affordable and at a high enough concentration to last all day. Navigation of the website could be improved, I am a dossier+ member and frequently pause my monthly subscription, but I have to relearn how to do it every time because it’s not so easy to find. Also, applying points at checkout can be tricky, I have found that I can only apply them when I’m checking out on my MacBook but not on my iPhone. I contacted their help email for this and they were very kind and helpful and applied my points for a partial refund. I do like this feature of their subscription, but know that you cannot redeem all your points on one purchase (if higher than like $15 usually I think—not sure). So I would definitely recommend this company. My favorite so far is floral rhubarb, perfect replica of Marc Jacob’s Perfect!

Shipping was incredibly fast and every interaction I had with customer service was wonderful. I ordered 3 perfumes and they all smell amazing! I highly recommend this company. I wore one of the fragrances today and it is still going strong at 8:30pm. Great quality, great products, and great customer service!

Dossier makes high quality fragrances. They are all wonderful! Their bottles are thick expensive feeling glass with a magnetic lid. They come in a beautiful box with details about that particular fragrance. Their customer service is exceptional. I recommend them to everyone I know and I am giving them as gifts this holiday season.

I've never had a bad experience with Dossier. Their customer service is easy to get in touch with, and will quickly provide simple solutions that solve whatever your problem is. I like their products very much, too -- their prices are reasonable and the perfumes are of good quality. So far I've liked every one I've bought, but if I ever do buy a scent I dislike, their return policy is very straightforward and I have no doubt that it would be pretty easy as well. It's nice to get a discount for buying multiple bottles, and their rewards program is decent; if I have any minor quibbles, it's that we can only cash out rewards in multiples of five (for example, if you have $9 in rewards at the time of your purchase , you have to either choose to use only $5 or wait to accumulate $10). But that's pretty minor and I'm otherwise happy enough to order from Dossier about once a year.

I love their scents and this company has the BEST customer service! I was having trouble placing an order from my phone and thought their site had a problem. It turned out to be my phone display as they very kindly stepped me through identifying and resolving the problem.

They were able to provide me alternate options when I was unhappy with the perfume I received. They were quick with offering solutions.
