Dossier has amazing customer service! I contacted them asking if I could cancel a refund in lieu of an exchange, and Robert helped me update my return label. It was a super smooth and seamless process, and Robert was very helpful and understanding the entire way. Not to mention, Dossier's scents are great!

Overall 10/10 had some hiccups along the way but the customer service was amazing very understanding and helpful and don’t get me started on the scents they are just as good or better will buy again definitely recommend
