I have been ordered twice (Gourmand Orange Blossom ) and got lot of compliment, at first i thought only small talk from 1 or 2 people and turn out all of my colleague LOVES my perfume and they all think I got it from Ch***l or Pr**a Used to spend hundred of $$$ and now I will be one of your loyal customer, you have high end quality with affordable price, Love it xx

1st time purchasing from Dossier, unfortunately I wasn't fond of the fragrances that I chose, but when I contacted customer service , they were more than accommodating, I was very pleased and because of this I will try my luck at another fragrance. Thanks

Great perfumes and awesome customer service! Rare find.

This was my first time ordering from this company, I love Madelyn Cline so I wanted to pick one scent! I’m obsessed with the one I picked. I just wanted to say I’m blown away by your company and customer service. You answered my emails so quickly and were so kind. My order shipped and delivered SO fast! The quality of this perfume is fantastic. I will absolutely purchase from you again and recommend to all my family/friends. Keep doing what you’re doing! Thank you again :)

Customer service was great. I was requesting an exchange and they were very helpful. Several email exchanges and they were always kind and willing to help. Unfortunately the item was on sale so come to find out I could not exchange it after all per their policy which is clearly stated, so it was my mistake. I will stick with the scents that I already know I like next time. Viorel was top notch.

Love the product. I experienced an account login issue and was helped with the sincerest help. I got in to my account and back to restocking my scents.

I've been a Dossier customer and member for years and always have a great experience! I did have a glitch placing my last order and Valentin expertly, quickly and kindly fixed it! Everyone at Dossier is exceptional, and of course the fragrances are fabulous with truly something for everyone. Shop with confidence.
