Just made my first purchase with Dossier. I had some issues with shipping address, but got it sorted very fast, thanks to the customer service. Will be waiting for the arrival of my new perfumes very impatiently, excited!

¡Me encantó el aroma de mi Musky Rose! Además, debo decir que en atención a clientes son muy amables y eficientes. No me encontraba en la ciudad cuando lo enviaron, tras varios intentos coordinamos y me lo enviaron por error dos veces. El segundo me lo regalaron expresamente, supongo por la confusión. Sólo me gustaría sugerir mejorar el fijador. Por lo demás me gustó mucho, hasta el empaque.

I absolutely love this perfume—it smells so good! I’ve already placed a new order because I was so happy with everything. The customer service was amazing. I accidentally entered the wrong address on my first order, but I emailed them right after, and they responded within 10 minutes! They were super friendly and fixed it right away. Honestly, such a great experience from start to finish.
