Los perfumes vienen muy bien empacados y en caso de que algo salga en mal estado por el transporte, basta con mandar la evidencia y se hacen responsables y son muy atentos en su trato hacia sus clientes

They scam customers by automatically subscribing me to their Dossier plus program. I was affected by it and got charged for 3 months, until I checked credit card. Please do not buy from them. I bought their Tom Ford Oud Wood dupe, and never liked it. There nothing common with the original fragrance (this is an honest product review). When I reached out to their customer service about refund, considering I never subscribed to their service, this is the reply I got back from them : ------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, The charges on your account were for our Dossier Plus membership that you subscribed to during your last purchase. This is also shown in the confirmation email you received upon placing the order. Please see the file attached below. We do not auto-ship any items. Following your first purchase, your $39.90 membership fee is converted into store credit each month. If you choose to cancel, you forfeit your D+ store credits, which will disappear from your account and not be refunded. Let me know if you have any other questions. Tudor. ----------------------------------------------------------- So bottomline; - Their perfume Dupes sucks - There customer service sucks - Their business model is to steal from customer that they are never willing to return
