It was nice to be able to get a diffrent card and not haveing to wait

Was I and out with new ATM card in less than 10 minutes...making an appointment was easy too...

I've always had a wonderful experience with dort federal. I absolutely love how dedicated the workers are and they always deliver services with a smile...

No call back, no explanation, made 2 appointments and neither were met. Very disappointed

Quick easy and thorough

after I believe I was getting my account hacked, Dort Federal took care of the problem right away, and set up a appointment to get a new card the same day, I am glad that they were on the spot with help, advice, and technical help

Made a phone appointment and never got the call. The time was 12.00 I waited the whole day. Called today and left my call back number and still did not get a call back.
