Best bank/credit union I have ever been to..great employee ,very helpful

The customer service representative I spoke to was very friendly and courteous. She helped me quickly resolve my issue (getting a new debit card) within a few minutes. She thanked me for my time.

An excellent experience yesterday which included wiring money and notarizing legal documents. We had made an appointment and were the only ones in the lobby during this Covid-19 time. All precautions were observed and the available staff were very friendly & helpful.

Dort federal has been good to me with excellent service. Called in to cancel my debit card and it was cancelled with a replacement of other card. It was fast. Thank you. Roderick Derring

Teller machine outside took my debit card and I was able to schedule an appointment to get a new one. Teller inside did a good job getting me a new one.
