The package was needed, said 1-2 days shipping, and took 13 days.

Excellent selection of products

I ordered two different products. First one delivered in a week or so the second one took over 6 weeks to be delivered. I even emailed the company inquiring about where the product was as I had been charged for it but I got absolutely no response then after 6 weeks when I had given up hope of ever seeing that item I got it in the mail. By that time I had already purchased the same item from another source. Thanks Doptop for your excellent customer service.

Product arrived timely and was easy to set up. My husband uses it every day and we even send files to the doctor. That's how you get a doctor to call you back. Show him the readout. Simple but mighty.
