DonorPerfect Platform I have been using DP for the past 6 years and just recently have gotten into trying to utilize the various reports. It is likely my knowledge base, but I find it very confusing. For example I asked support for assistance in developing a report that would tell us who donated recently that had not donated in the past 3 years. I received a quick reply and instruction that was 7 pages on how to create the report. I tried and got hung up on page 1. I have not revisited this task since. Support personnel are really great, I just have a bigger learning curve than most.

Keeps track so acknowledgements are easy

We have used Donor Perfect for many years. It allows us to record much more data about donors/members [such as multiple addresses, emails] than our POS system. The reporting functions are very user friendly, I love that I can create my own filters and reports.
