DonorPerfect is still and has always been a great fundraising tool for Still Serving Veterans.

My mid-size organization has used DonorPerfect for several years, and we couldn't be happier! It is a fantastic platform for maintaining and managing donor records, viewing and analyzing data and trends, and planning for donor stewardship and moves management. The cost fits within our modest budget, and the staff and customer service is top-tier. The ability to customize just about anything you could think of within the software is so helpful. Even after years of using the software, we still sometimes make adjustments to the fields that appear on different screens in the donor record to match our changing needs. You can also customize reports to generate any information or data set you could possibly want or need. This has been extremely helpful for us in many ways, including reporting to our CEO and Board of Directors, creating annual reports, producing data quickly for our accounting department and/or auditors, and day-to-day data review and analysis so that we can internally analyze our strengths and weaknesses, the progress of current campaigns, and the results of past campaigns. It also allows us to sort our donor records by an innumerable number of traits or sets of traits. We have been really pleased with the DonorPerfect support team as well; if we are unable to figure out how to generate a particular report or set of data, they are always able to tell us exactly how to do so in the most efficient way. They are kind, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable about and familiar with the software. I highly recommend DonorPerfect for any size organization looking for a great way to manage their donor database and fundraising program.

99% of the time, whom ever I speak to at DonorPerfect support, helps me 100%. If they do not know how to help, they usually speak to other's in the DP support, and get back to me. The service since I've been using DP online over the last 6 years has been wonderful.

We are a very small non-profit and rely on DonorPerfect to manage our member information. The system is easy to use and the customer service has been very responsive.

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 virus is hitting us all very hard. Knowing that we continue having a trustworthy program from Donor Perfect, with amazing ideas to raise money, we can continue to hopefully bring in money.

Overall, DonorPerfect has been a huge benefit to our ability to grow and manage our donor base.We are still learning and finding ways to improve. The DonorPerfect team is very responsive in requesting and listening to our needs and making adjustments when to solve for the users of DonerPerfect. Much appreciated.
