Never received my order

It’s been a month and still no purse! I emailed you and have not received a response. How can you ask me to rate you based on this???

Ordered a purse on 19 January and still have not received it nor will anyone answer my email request to find out if and when it will be shipped. Very disappointed

I ordered my bag on February 3,2020 and have yet to receive confirmation number nor any response to my e~mails. I put the purchase on my credit card so I DO have proof of purchase . It is now February 13,2020 and it’s a Valentines Day gift. I’m just so sick that I spent my money on this group. Please send me my bag.

I have yet to receive my bag

I placed an order and paid for 6 day shipping. I never received a shipping email. 30 days later, no bag, no response to emails. They stole my money.

Takes a long time to find out the status of my order placed on Jan 25. On Jan 31 I received order confirmation. I think communication could be improved.

Says delivered but still haven't received it
