I love your products and decided to buy a purse for my wife's birthday. However, I am very frustrated that I have no way to follow up on my order or communicate/ contact you company. Who runs a business but provides no way to customers to contact them. I have read other reviews and am concerned that some customers waited months to receive their purchases. Please provide some information as to how to contact you. Thank you.

It's been 3 weeks still waiting for purse

Still have not received my purchase. It’s been a month or more

Takes a long time to find out the status of my order placed on Jan 25. On Jan 31 I received order confirmation. I think communication could be improved.

I ordered a set of gnomes, each one was mailed separately with days in between. Seems like a waste of money for the company. Other than that now I received the last one they are nice but the price I was not expecting gorgeous

I was expecting my order last month. I'm not sure why it is now only shipping. As I have not received my bag, I am hoping it was worth the wait.

My first purchase from Dolorey. Shipping was a bit slow. The handbag though is lovely and appears to be well crafted. However, that said, it does not appear to be real leather and the pattern is embossed and not hand carved as it appears in the photos. I will keep and carry the handbag and see how well it wears before making my final judgement...

The bag is a very nice bag, it is also well made. My only disappointment in it is that the design is embossed, the website lead me to believe that it was carved leather rather than embossed leather. I'm keeping the Bag because it's still a nice bag just not what I expected.
