I’ve shopped at the Red River Dollar Tree location several times since it opened. I like the convenience and cheap prices and I can find some products that I am looking for. The lady that manages seems to be congenial, but an employee that works there is not friendly at all, not towards me anyway. I did my best to be friendly towards her, but she did not smile-nothing. I’m considering not shopping there anymore because of that. I mean she doesn’t have to be chipper and have rainbows shooting out from her ***, but just a little bit of friendliness or congeniality would be nice. Also don’t shop at the Dollar General Market for the same reason. I’ll travel further to get better customer service.

A friend and myself went to dollar tree close to where I live ok and everything was good until we check out. I sperated my things and my friend did as well. I told the cashier 2 times not one but two this stuff is separate from this stuff. So it was like she was deaf she rang it all up together but some the stuff I need separate was for the neighbor. It's not even the fact she rang it up together it's the fact that I told her 2 x and my friend said a 3rd time. So I get my bags get to the door and said in loud voice this has been the worst dollar tre experience I've ever had. With that I went to the car. Next thing I know I'm trying to leave and there is a sherrif car behind me blocking me in. He said he got a call about 2 ladies that were intoxicated threatening employees . I busted out laughing I said your joking right he said no I'm serious he said I knew when you started talking to me neither one of you were intoxicated . So needless to say I don't go in that dollar tree unless it's a must.

I walked out with an extra damaged can as Scott from Marks Street in Henderson, NV, as I told him don't want that damaged can but he did it anyway on top of the other customers before me were spoiled young teens wouldn't pick up the can that ended up damaged and I told this to Scott, like he ignored it till they left then said something. Really? Some people need to grow up.

There slow I got 5 items and some woman gets 50 things they got 1 lane open and decide to open another one after there's 10 people in it

My parents was not good. They don’t know how to stock stuff they stock up altogether all bunched up a can of fell on my toe yeah so they need to do stocking more better than what they’ve been doing.

I fully understand that retailers are under pressure to remain profitable in the wake of tariffs and a tough economy. However, it looks like Dollar Tree may be engagng in opportunistic price gouging as a result. It's been a while since Dollar Tree rebranded itself as 'Dollar Tree Plus' with prices ranging from $1.25 " and up." However, now there's a new wrinkle in the 'and up' pricing -- marking over existing $1.25 prices printed directly on the item packages and now charging $1.50! Stores raise prices -- I 'get' that. But just putting a black permanent marker line through a printed on price instead of a covering sticker? Perhaps it's fair to say that when there is a diagonal 'hand-marked' line through a price (pre-printed or with a price sticker) the average customer associates that marking with a PRICE REDUCTION -- not a price increase! How stupid can they be? And how stupid do they think their customers are? And some of the items marked $1.25 didn't even have the slash marks, but still rang up at $1.50 at the register. When I pointed out the discrepancy in the price of one of the items to the cashier, mentioning that it was last year's merchandise, so only the 'new' ones should have the higher price, she replied, "but they have the same UPC number." Yes, an excuse for just raising prices throughout the store when most of that merch has been there for a quite a long time. It feels like they are just trying to take advantage of customers.

I utilize dollar tree alot for cards - birthdays, anniversaries, holidays - but there is no consistency on the cards being stocked. Went in yesterday and was disappointed to see the card area again in shambles and not stocked. I've noticed - after I left the store - items marked as $1.25 now have red stickers and they are charging $1.50 for that item. Is this legal? It's a dollar store not a $1.25, $1.50..... Still good deals but not pleased with the stores upkeep now and price changing. Honor what the item is marked.....

Well. Dollartree needs to re-name itself nothing for a dollar tree. Ever since they were bought out they have been working to change themselves from a true discount store. And the truly cheesy thing that corporate had the workers do is put red stickers over the 1.25 price to jack it up to 1.50 or 1.75. This means they are jacking up inventory that they already paid for themselves expecting the old price point. Gross. They now have priced themselves such that their smaller now cost proportionately more and are not a bargain at all
