Customer service is ridiculously good! I called with a defect in a mat and had an entire new 25ft roll sent to me at no cost within 2 weeks. Awesome.

Expedient and tremendously helpful

I’ve ordered from dollamur a couple of times. I like their product but was shocked that they will deliver the product but will not take it off the delivery truck. They wanted to charge $100 for the driver to take it off the truck. I paid $4000 for the mats, I expect them to deliver the product and take it off the truck. I think that is poor customer service.

The price was great, and I always got prompt and thorough responses from Troy about any questions I had, or quote modifications I needed. On top of that, his approach was extremely low pressure, which I appreciated a lot.

Sales assistance was very informative and not high pressure. Delivery was as expected and the handling was professional. I ran into one issue with one piece of the flooring. The representatives quickly reviewed our claim and promptly decided to send us a replacement for that piece. No hassle!

The process of designing, ordering and then receiving was seemless. All of the people at Dollamur are very professional and easy to work with.
