GREAT FROM START TO FINISH.

The purchasing process went well and the product is working out well.

The dollamur product is excellent. The customer service on my recent several thousand dollar purchase of new mats for my academy was what really disappointed me. My business have spent a very good chunk of money over that last 6-8 years with dollamur and we have had dollamur mats the whole time. But how I was treated with the last purchase is making me think we are no longer going to be purchasing dollamur mats in the future. We had an expected delivery date over the holidays and had the academy shut down in order to remove the old mats and install the new mats with custom logo. The day the mats were supposed to arrive I received zero communication and the mats did not arrive. I spent the next several days calling the shipping company and calling dollamur to get some answers. After several attempts, the only communication I was able to have was with the shipping company. The several phone messages I had left with dollamur and my dollamur customer service rep fell on deaf ears and I never received a return call, email, etc. The mats ended up showing up a week late, right before I was about to start a class. Of course my team and I handled the transition but still to this day I have not received a call back or any communication from dollamur until this review request. Kind of felt like once my money was spent with them they were done with me. And I TRULY TRULY dislike leaving negative reviews online but this experience left me feeling very let down.

Very poor packaging and shipping almost half of my order wasn’t even boxed and properly protected. I am hoping once I roll it out there aren’t any damage.

Excellent product, customer service and timely delivery.

It took a while to get the product shipped, but the mats are excellent!

Everyone worked so well with us from the ordering process, to the warranty, to reporting damage, to the credit. I can't thank you all enough for being so great to work with! When we are ordering an "investment" that will last many years its great to know that everyone at Dollamur was kind on all levels! Thank you :)
