I prefer to order replacement parts from the OEM. Dogtra's website had exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. Shipping was fast and I received everything I needed for an easy replacement of my 280 NCP transmitter battery.

Having already purchased a dogtra "E" collar, I wanted to buy 2 dummy collars, for my German Shepherds. The choice given to me was a small or med size. Confused I called the dogtra help and was told the small size was referring to the model of the E collar. I was instructed to order the small as that would be the one needed. I told the person at the help-line this was very confusing and they should clarify this information.

I can work two dogs on the same training remote. Works well and both dogs respond. So far I’ve only been using the vibration setting and haven’t needed to step up to shock yet.

Excellent product, I've had these dogtra collars and bird launchers for over twenty years and they still work. Only had to replace a few wires on the way but worth the money. Good service as well and fast.
