Great customer service. Superior product. Fast shipping. I don't know what I would have done over the years without Dogtra product for training and obedience.

I just received my Dogtra and therefore, I am not in a position to comment on the function of the dog collar. However, I must say that the material and the quality of the dog collar and the transmitter is very good. it is well made and looks like it will last for a long time. I will review the function later once I have used it for awhile. I would like to make a comment with regards to the customer service. I am impressed because I received a rapid response regarding my concerns. the customer service were all on the ball. they were able to correct the mistake I made when ordering. multiple people called and notified me that everything was corrected. Kudos to everyone in the customer service department.

Ordering replacement straps for my collars. Correct model number was on back of collar receiver. This made ordering the replacement strap very easy. Love my 2 dog remote and receiver system. I have used Dogtra since 2012.
