Was told I would receive a replacement unit after my original collar was malfunctioning and the original unit was shipped back to me after they said they fixed it. The collar still does not work properly.

Excellent Ecollars with excellent battery life!

Walking our dog used to be the most stressful part of my day. We live in Brooklyn and are close to a park, so there are lots of other dogs. Our dog has leash aggression and would jump, bark and basically freak out every time another dog would come down the sidewalk. the The collar was recommended to us by a dog trainer.and with his help we trained her to behave around other dogs. she is a delight to walk now, we can even let her off the leash in the park now to play with other dogs. We rarely have to shock her, only a vibration warning from time to time. With proper training this can be a game changer. Our lives are so much better thanks to Dogtra.
