A much better than decent but nobody is perfect. I would recommend their product to anyone, works well and is reliable.

I've ordered several collars over several years. Very happy with the products. Have received good personalized customer service when needed.

My dog doesn't like it near as much as I do. That being said it is a great training tool of good quality and will reach 1/2mi as advertised. I rarely have to use the static function now as the pager works most of the time. IMHO get one of these and learn to be consistant and the product will do it's job.

Their product made all the difference in reinforcing recall. Use it now only as a refresher when needed.
