On-line ordering was painless , I ordered a replacment collar on Tuesday and the collar was on my door within 48 hours.

I own 2 Dogtra training collars. Both have worked flawlessly, and the older of the two is now 17 years old.

Order shipped and arrived on time. The band was larger than what fit our collar so we had to trim it to fit. I wish I had known the collar was going to require retrofitting.

Love the e-collar. I lost my charger and reordered one which arrived within the week. In terms of the 1900S collar, I couldn't be happier. This collar allows me to have my dog off leash with no fear. She listens to me, and if she is distracted the mild correction can break that focus. My dog loves to chase birds, squirrels, deer, or everything else that runs away. When I need her to come back, the collar has made that possible. I have used the collar for a month and have not run the battery out yet.
