Had tag less than a month and it’s already discolored.

When I made a mistake with my original order and contacted DogTagArt, it was personally corrected for me! The update however didn't use my font selection. When I asked about that, DogTagArt made a correct tag and sent it out. I believe the problem wouldn't have happened if I hadn't made the original mistake, but they were happy to provide a new tag. These folks are great. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is good. And the new composite tag material is quieter and durable. My pup says "Five Paws!"!

I was really disappointed in the new tag material. My 6 month old puppy already ripped the coating off of the tag and now it isn’t readable. I love the design that I had made for my puppy, i loved the thickness of the tag, and I love the customer care service. I am just super bummed that the tag cant withstand my rambunctious pointer pup.
