Very very very good site

Tags are adorable and sturdy, but the standard usps shipping took nearly 2 weeks

I LOVE this company and the fact that I can put my dog's personality on display on ID tags. HOWEVER I have to drop a star due to their changing materials from metal to the plastic or composite or whatever it is they're using now. The artwork gets so distorted that if there are any words on it, you can't read them. Also the edges seem to get rough faster, and my dogs try to chew on each other's tags. I didn't have any of those problems with the metal ones. With those issues, it's hard for me to decide to get more tags.

There was an error customer service sent a replacement and it arrived in time for the outing we needed it for. It’s pretty too!

The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5: The tag is bigger than described. I put it up against a quarter, and it's larger than that. Even larger than the quarters of yesteryear. I should have gone with the smaller one, that's on me, so we're keeping it because it's beyond adorable, and can be attached to his harness so at least he wears it some of the time.

The tag is great... love it! Gave it 4 stars cause the USPS shipping choice is terrible... the absolute slowest service!
