I really like the dog tag but my one and half year old Beagle, Sally thinks it a chew toy around her neck. Before I new she has chewed it enough that part of the info is not quite readable. But she puts in her month and it is glowing and well she looks funny.

Always prompt and stand by their product. I've had to replace the tag twice and no problems at all. The first time the paint chipped, 2d time was a change of address. No complaints. Thanks for all you do. Keep it up.

I'm redoing my review after interacting with the company. I was disappointed when I received my tag. I took my time with the font styler to get the tag just how I wanted, but when the tag arrived the text was a generic font and the text lines had no space between them...not at all how I planned it out. There was also some kind of dirt on the graphic side of it (I was able to scrape it off). I emailed the customer support and wrote a disappointing review. The company did get back to me; we discussed what the tag looked like and what it should have looked like. The company is sending a new tag. I have not yet received the new tag (in the mail as I type this), but given the steps taken (photos and images) I have no doubt it will be correct. Long story short: All companies have an oopsie once in a while. But, you can be sure that Dog Tag Art will help you out and make it right if anything does get mixed up.

We apologize for the fact that you were not happy with your tag. We always want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy with your tag all you have to do is simply contact us and let us know you are unhappy and will remake your tag to your specifications and ship it right back out to you within 24 hours free of charge. We never expect you to settle for and be unhappy with a printing error on our part. If you are not satisfied we will happily fix the tag for you. I was impressed with the quality. The enamel appears to be good quality and the tag appears strong, not flimsy.The color is vibrant. It matches the Lupine harness that has boats on it. After I received mine I also ordered on for my Granddaughters dog. I was happy to find tags that match the harness. Side note my dogs names are My Little Red "BOAT" and SCOW [which is a small sailboat].

We ordered a tag for our Pomerania puppy. Much like everything else the puppy destroyed the tag. After a quick call to customer support I had a new tag in my mailbox 5 days later. This company stands by their products.
