High quality material, looks great, arrived fairly quickly! Very satisfied with our dog tag. It was the only place that had the exact image we were looking for (not custom).

It took 9 weeks to get my order despitebeing told by an employee it would only take about 6-7 days. I deleted my previous review now that i can give a full proper review of the product and not just a review of the two staff members i have spoken to about it being so late. I will mention these interactions again at the end of this review. First, It looks and feels cheap and i probably wouldn't have ordered it if i had the chance to see one in person first. Although the ink they used is deep enough that despite its look you dont need to worry about it getting scratched up and becoming unreadable, which i was very worried about and tested on the duplicate I ordered along side the one meant for my cat. Second, If you expect decent delivery times order somewhere else, there shipping is the worst I have ever encountered in 6 years of online shopping. Unreliable shipping dates, no tracking number, and when questioned about this fairly sketchy shipping process in review you are met with hostility and excuses. Finally, dealing with the staff had its ups and downs. Like i mentioned before this is not my first review. My first review was simply saying that my order was more than a few days late (nearly a month at that time) and the fact that i also didn't get a tracking number made me uncomfortable, I'm sure anyone who does online shopping will agree no tracking is a red flag for potential scams. Especially since no one I spoke to before had heard of the company before and i found out about it through one of those sketchy facebook ads. That review was met with an extremely hostile response about how dare I question the authenticity of a company that no one else I knew ever heard and took my money with no way of me being able to know if my order ever really got shipped out. She also told me that there shipping only takes 6-7 days and would never take longer than that unless usps lost it. Which I thought was odd since I'm in Canada and two weeks is the average time for international shipping. A week later i updated my review again saying that it still hasn't shown up and I'm becoming more uncomfortable with this company. Again met with hostility. It was around here I messaged the company directly through their facebook page and a very nice employee politely asked I wait a few days and if nothing arrives they would send new tags. When it still never arrived the nice employee gave me a refund in compensation for my order not showing up which I am very greatful for because now that the tags have finally arrived there is no way I would have paid so much for this product. Also on top of everything the cat it was meant for doesn't like it and after showing it to my other cat she ended up hissing and raising her fur at it, which probably isn't a good sign. Will probably just end up using it on their carrier since they definitely don't want to wear it.

Horrible service. Not honouring delivery period. No tracking for the package. Unsatisfying answers. Never again! Edit after reply: All that you said should be written somewhere and customers should be informed BEFORE buying the product!!! You offered me another order? For what?? To wait another month?? It is not the customers fault that you cannot cover your costs. You should charge more or you should not deliver in country "such" Romania. Shame on you.

Its always fun to shop DogTagArt.com! The product is durable, choices are endless, the artists are so creative and the tags are so affordable they can be changed seasonally! We will never order tags from another site!
