The video part of the training is an absolute joke. No where other than the sit portion does it say for 30 seconds. Every video was denied due to either time or something that was clearly performed. I will seek out an actual professional trainer and spend the money. Sad thing is I have several veterans in the military waiting to see how my experience was. Well now I can tell them. WOULD NOT Recommend. Scam just to get you to pay more money for more training. When I first called o talked to a gentleman that sounded like he was working in his basement and on speaker. That should have been my first clue.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. We want to clarify that it is a legal requirement for all service dogs to pass the public access portion of their training to ensure they are well-behaved and capable in public settings. This is essential for the safety and comfort of everyone, including the service dog and handler. To support our clients, we have in-house trainers who are highly qualified and dedicated to helping each service dog and handler team succeed. Additionally, we offer FREE virtual training sessions to assist you in meeting the necessary standards. We are committed to your success and are always available to provide guidance and support. Regarding the video submission process, we regret that you found it challenging. The 30-second sit requirement is just one aspect of the evaluation, and all videos are reviewed thoroughly to ensure each team meets the criteria. If any videos were denied due to timing or other issues, we apologize for any lack of clarity and are here to assist you in understanding and meeting the requirements. We appreciate your feedback on your initial interaction with our staff and take your comments seriously. We strive to provide a professional and supportive environment for all our clients. We genuinely want you to succeed and would like to address any remaining concerns. Please contact us directly so we can provide additional assistance or clarify any misunderstandings. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services, and we are committed to ensuring the best possible experience for you and other veterans. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to have the opportunity to resolve this to your satisfaction.
