She answered the phone super fast . Didn’t have to wait on hold then she answered all my questions and was able to email me my documents right away.

Excellent quality of training

I have autism and I made contact with the Dog Academy for the first time ever today. I talked to Josh who is the most awesome guy! He answered all my questions, listened to my incessant talking without judging me (I ramble and stutter when I talk to someone new for the first time) The conversation with him was informative and so helpful. He helped me figure out the smallest of details. I'm am really excited to be entering the phase of her learning to be an autism service animal. Shout out to Josh 👋🏻 You're the best! 👊🏻🐕‍🦺🐾🦴
