Hello. Dog academy was very helpful and sent me videos with clear explanations on how to train my dog. With their help I was able to train my dog Brownie. And now she just graduated. Thank you Dog Accademy!!!

Due to some initial problems I had with a recommended trainer and the person at DogAcadamy I worked with, I would not have given 5 stars for my experience, but because of the help I have received from Julie G. on more than one occasion, I am happy to give 5 stars for my experience. Julie G. has been wonderful in helping me with the initial problems and has been both patient and understanding. I wanted to sincerely compliment her to whomever, that she is an asset to DogAcadamy! Sincerely, Linda Markfield

Signed up many months ago. Took the online classes and tips that I purchased. This was MANY months ago. Was assigned trainer Dalton. After a few reschedules Dalton came and we had an excellent single training session. Dalton then was a no show for next couple of appointments and cancelled one. When didn't return calls contacted Dog Academy for new rep. Was given new name but Dalton called to say sorry-lost his phone, had allergies etc. but would do training. Again he did not show, did not call, wouldn't return calls. I was given a new rep, Confusion with appo-one message said needed to change but then got confirmation text for original time. No show, called and texted-no personnel available at office -left two messages & was told per earlier notice time was not good. Asked for refund for 3 paid training at home sessions not given. No longer want to be stood up. Was told NO REFUNDS AS OVER 30 DAYS. Reminded them delay was on them for 4-5 no shows. Told would have to reschedule sessions or go without.

I had a good experience with Krystal at dog academy. She gave me the confidence that I needed to train my bernedoodle. It was based on reward training which I appreciated. I had received a dog harness that broke and customer service sent me a replacement right away no questions asked. I would definitely recommend this company for any challenges with your training. Also you are able to do the training on your time and if you need to reschedule, it is very easy. I highly recommend dog academy for any training needs you have.
