The customer service is great! They are prompt in getting back to you and resolving issues from my experience with the staff. They put together a wonderful program.

This has been a great experience! Because my dog had already been extra trained on the basics and intermediate steps, we were able to complete this course very quickly. Even if your dog isn’t already trained on the basics, this course provides actionable and approachable training techniques to use with your dog. It will be very comforting and reassuring to have my PSD be able to assist me when traveling for my job.

I’ve trained dogs for 35 years, mostly hunting dogs. The obedience portion of the program was done before I started. It was great to learn new techniques to teach new behaviors. It was simply like training hand signals, but in this case it was my body language and my behavior. I did find the instruction for the PAT to be severely lacking. I live in rural Maine and I don’t have dog parks within 70-80 miles that I know of. Or any parks for that matter that would include people and public distraction. I was able to use my local Walmart after clearing it with a supervisor. She was very helpful and cooperative. The don’t allow any videos inside the store, but gave me the ok given the need for the PAT. Thank you . . . .

I love the clear training information. The way I can train my own service dog. The convenience.

I signed up in hopes to learn how to deal with my dogs reactivity. I learned nothing, I already knew most of what was in the class. After speaking to a representative I am redoing my review. The customer service is outstanding. As far as classes, for a brand new puppy owner yes use them. For anyone with any experience with dogs, the information is stuff you probably already know. Also after excellent customer service, I was gifted 2 classes. Amazing! Sadly after going through 2 classes, I am hear to say the classes are repeated. It's all the same info. Very little that is different in classes. Everyone has different opinions and views on training, so I don't agree with everything but there is some knowledge to be gained here.

Sprinkles is my very first dog, and Dog Academy Premium has made it easy to get all the training help I need. I was able to do in-person training to nail the basic obedience and housetraining, and their trainer helped teach me how to teach my own pup. After that, I've been using my membership to use their online courses to keep helping Sprinkles. So far, I've done their course on minimizing separation anxiety and dog tricks!
