The course was extremely easy to follow.

This course provided little practical information. The process of pairing a frightening thing with treats and the process of getting used to a frightening a little bit at a time are well known only by people who have taken Psychology in high school or college . The lesson did not include any videos of how to set up the steps in both processes

Very good, option of video or written instruction very informative. Maybe more videos as those were the best.

Melissa was a huge help in showing me proper techniques that are required for Service Dog. This company has amazing customer service. You don't have to hunt someone down to get help. It's immediate and knowledgeable.

I didn’t like that the lessons are a little absent of how to get the dog to accept the training.

When I call them with a question or problem, they are very responsive! I was actually having an Episode in my last phone call with, I believe her name was Carly. I believe she recognized that & instead of arguing with me, she was quiet & my problem was dealt with quickly. Melissa also has been responsive and has made me feel comfortable. The courses were easy to understand. Now it will be up to me to implement it which I feel prepared to do.
