Docupost has proven to be an amazing platform! The interface is really intuitive and easy to use, the service is amazing. I have sent 10 letters over the last 02 weeks and they have been delivered ahead of time. For sure, Docupost is now my go to platform to send letters!

I upgraded to DocuPost Premium over a month ago in order to use their check mailing feature. However, until now my account still shows as “not verified” and I’m unable to send any checks. I have contacted their support THREE times via email and never received a single response. The service I paid for has not been delivered at all. This lack of response is unacceptable for a paid subscription platform. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank. DocuPost, please check your support system and follow up!
