I paid for documents to be mailed on my behalf, but the company cannot produce proof of the mailed items.

Best online mailing company I found, especially for small business
I spent a lot of time trying different online letter/postcard companies, and this was the best I found in terms of supporting small accounts and having reasonable prices. Their online interface is well-designed, as well.
