I tried sending the first letter to myself and I never got it. It shows delivered in the dashboard. I can't file lost complaint because it is past 7 days. There is no customer care number and the AI bot is spitting wrong info.

Easy to use. Fast. I was able to upload my postcards and get them mailed in less than 15 minutes.

I have used this for many mailings and do not have 1 complaint. I only wish there was a mobile app.
