The questions were very thorough and let me know that I needed to seek a doctor's appointment right away. I appreciate having this tool at my fingertips.

We’re so happy to hear this, Tokunbo! We’re glad Doctronic provided a careful, thorough review before prescribing. Thanks for trusting our online medical care! 💙
This is the first time I've used Doctronic. I was impressed by the diagnostics and next steps provided. I am not a medical doctor, so I don't know if a human doctor would agree with these. But Doctronic provides a rationale for each of its hypotheses, so I think it could be useful for a human doctor to read through the notes.

Thanks for giving Doctronic a try! We’re happy the diagnostics and next steps made sense and that the reasoning behind each suggestion felt clear. That’s exactly how we aim to support both patients and their doctors. 💙
Another opinion is always good to have. Full disclosure- I am the husband, trying to get answers for my wife's problem. This is informative and will take action with her physician this week. She is not willing to do onscreen interview at this time, perhaps in the future. Thanks

Wow, we really appreciate you taking the time to help your wife and seek answers. Super great to hear that the info was useful as you prepare to meet with her doctor. We’re wishing you both the very best in her next steps. 🥰
Every single doctronic question gets answered so accurately , better than 4 specialiazed doctors put together. I’m amazed at how doctronic summarizes the entire situation and asks the right questions. I have been sent to so many doctors with no resolution yet doctronic gives you the answers.

Thank you, Beverly!
Truly a complete waste of time. I told them my symptoms and he told me to listen to huberman and change my lifestyle. He clearly wanted off the phone. Sucks when people are desperate and spending money they don’t have, to deal with a doctor who could absolutely care less. Atleast pretend.

This isn't okay, and we're very sorry, Madi. You deserved better. We can't solve every case; some situations need care beyond what we can provide remotely. But feeling dismissed? That shouldn't happen. And we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So if you paid cash, we'll refund you ASAP. If you used insurance, we can't legally issue a refund, so your next visit is free instead. Please reach out to [email protected] so we can make this right. Again, we're very sorry.
I have consulted Doctronic for two or three problems and gained very useful insights. It is a great service. Thanks to the team.
