7/6/20: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. It's too bad you feel you had a negative experience. We have listened to the phone calls connected with your case and it appears you initially turned down the option for gender determination, but then requested it later once testing was complete, which is why there was a delay with gender. Your results were indeed posted in 3 business days, as promised . In reference to your concerns, we don't put names on at-home reports since DNA is collected at home and the identities of test participants have not been independently verified; however, we do put names on reports for legal, witnessed tests with court-admissible results.
