10/7/20: Thank you for providing more information privately via Trustpilot. We are not allowed to communicate about test details when the test was ordered through a third party. You are their customer and not ours; our role in your test was to perform the testing on their behalf. You may contact the company you purchased from with inquiries. Our testing is accurate based on the samples received. If you would like a review, please provide the company you purchased from with details about your concern, whether you feel it was a collection issue or something else that would cause you to be unsure about the result. That company would then send us the info to look at the case. Following the case review, the result would be issued to the company to then share with you.

We perform thousands of tests a week and do our very best to provide outstanding customer service every time, especially since we know those who come to us for testing do so often under stressful circumstances. 9/30/20: Hi, Carly. So that we can identify your case and thereby better assist you, please reply to the private message sent via Trustpilot. 9/30/20: Thanks for the information. In reviewing your case, our representatives gave you as much information about your results as they were able. The one-day delay during testing is not all that unusual; sometimes the lab needs more time for additional testing if they detect a genetic mutation or if the quality of the DNA sample isn't optimal. We're going to go ahead and do a full case review for you, at your request. Keep in mind that this is an at-home test, so unless you witnessed all swabbing and also had custody of the samples right through mailing, there is a possibility that he may not have submitted his own DNA. You may want to consider doing a legal, witnessed test with court-admissible results. 10/5/20: As you've been informed via a call with one of our managers, the case review has been completed and the results are confirmed correct for the samples we were provided.
