10/20/20: Hi, Kimyona. Thanks for testing with DDC. We have thoroughly reviewed your case and have determined that accredited processes have been followed and all testing has been performed correctly. In fact, we ran the test three times in the hope of being able to obtain a result with the original sample provided. In rare cases, a new sample is required to complete prenatal paternity testing and provide the answer. Although we understand it is stressful to you, it is necessary in this case, and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will reach out to you shortly to schedule a new sample-collection appointment.
