Process was quick and painless. Turnaround time was as advertised. Much cheaper than the pet store.

We have now used this service for two litters. They are superb! We had a shipping problem this time (in the midst of the pandemic) and they resolved it quickly and generously. In difficult times people show their quality!

I have used DDC on a number of occasions. I find the service very efficient both in initial contact and the result stage. Procedures are fully explained as to how to obtain samples and how to return them.

I was worried at first from Japan, but I was relieved that I arrived safely and received the result report by e-mail. I would also like to ask you to inspect the puppies that were born. I hope that COVID-19 will end soon and the postal situation will be smooth. thank you
