They took time answering my lengthy and technical questions regarding a recent order about an unusual measurement for my wheelchair axles that are set up differently than normal, and we came up with the correct measurement. The axles are the correct length. Anyway I’ll continue to make future purchases with DME Hub. Thank you.

I unfortunately ordered an item for my wheelchair without checking in first to make sure it would fit. It was sent speedily, and was exactly what I ordered, but given the complexity of wheelchairs these days, it didn't fit and I needed to returnit. Thankfully DME staff responded to my problem and will accept a return. I really appreciate their courtesy.
