The price of $360 is way overpriced for the replacement seat pad. Iam on my third cushion in less than 5 yrs. I use the shower/commode chair 2-3 times a day for 30mins tops. My office chair gets 6-7hrs of use everyday and it cost under $200 for the entire rolling chair. The black plastic/vinyl covering simply splits way too quickly and is quite uncomfortable. By contrast, the grey vinyl back is the original cushion. This replacement cushion being about 24in x 24in should run $60-70 tops
