The service that I experienced with DME Hub is unsurpassed by any other organization. The personal care and follow through was really a great feeling. Tyler from DME, treats you with real genuine care, the way it's supposed to be. Five stars seems barely enough.

Quality products at a good price and reasonable prices for shipping. My only complaint is they used a large box for a small part so it wouldn't fit in my mailbox so I had to go to the post office to pick it up.

After my previous experience with another wheelchair parts co I was pleasantly surprised to talk with a very knowledgeable person who was able to provide the exact wheels I needed and in two days. My wife was very happy to have her wheel back. It is tough to get around when you need a wheelchair and yours is broke. The other parts co could care less. Thanks very much. Lee

I had a problem with my rear wheel, and I was in an area with no closed distributor. The closer I found had no wheel on stock and had to order it. Luckily I got in touch with DME Hub, which solved my issue in zero time, shipped the broken part which I received the following morning (despite being in the middle of nowhere, in a State Park with no big city closed), and I was able to continue my holiday with no hassle!! Great job Tyler, and great job DME Hub, I will definitely keep on using it even when back to Europe!!!
