I received and have installed my New Froglegs Soft roll casters. They feel great and had good Sales rep, that help allot at picking my choice. Lost tracking at the border coming to Canada but it was about a week. I would recommend DME and will probably shop here again.

Tyler could not have been more helpful. I have a very old Ti Lite chair, as we found out one of the first 200 or so ever made. He was able to find mechanical drawings of my chair so that we could specify the exact parts I needed and was able to source those parts! He shipped immediately, and I received e-mails with tracking numbers when the parts were in transit. I will definitely buy from Tyler again. I would trust him with a major purchase like a new wheelchair, based on how he handled my minor parts needs.
