I have purchased or had friends and/or family purchase items from Tyler and he really knows his stuff. From small to large items the pricing and service is hard to beat. My sister works for a DME company in GA and can't beat their prices on many items. I will continue to shop with these guys.

Representative was very helpful in figuring out which was the right part and the price was better than other distributors. Only problem was he said it should come by Friday and it didn't come until the following Tuesday.

In Maine we only have one distributor/dealer for parts on our wheelchairs and it is a good day to get someone to answer the phone at that place. DME Hub is the exact opposite! Not only was my call answered by a live person but immediately I knew that I was speaking with someone wanted to help. My call was then followed by Tyler to confirm the parts I was getting and making sure the order he shipped was the one I was expecting. DME Hub will have all of my business going forward.

Affordable price, Fast delivery, Fast and friendly guide, In Internet commerce , I think these three are the most important. I have reason to use this site frequently, because this site has that three.

I ordered tillite wheelchair parts for a broken seat back. I had contacted Ti Lite for the parts, and they said I would have to get the parts thru a dealer. Thus one of the dealers was recommended, as they were a former employee, and trust worthy, quick, etc. so I called DME Hub with the parts order. There rep was very nice, helped me get the right parts with part number and was very polite and organized. I was informed the parts arrival date and amount, etc. I did have to call back to them as the parts didn't come. Not a big deal I guess but it would have been nice to have an email from them so there was no confusion. I'm still waiting for the parts.
