I ordered the item for my nephew for Christmas. It arrived promptly and was as ordered. The only complaint I have is that it was a very small strap that cost $9.95 and it cost $9.95 to ship!

I'm a mechanic, so when it came to fixing my son's wheelchair I wanted to fix it. I called a few competitors of DME Hub and they both wanted me to bring in the wheelchair for evaluation and then get a price quote from the manufacturer. All it needed was two axle sleeves (a ten minute job). My son couldn't wait since he didn't have a backup wheelchair. So I stumbled upon DME on the internet, and they said they could ship the sleeves that same day. Great service and price.

Super product. As described, at a good price, and delivered before promised date, Couldn't do it any better, especially in the middle of the Christmas rush.

DME Hub & Tyler are the best, after a very negative experience at a local TiLite distributer, I called DME in a panic to get some chair parts to me before I went out of town. Thanks to Tyler, I had my parts in two days as committed. The customer service I received was superior to just about any business type out there.

Tyler is very knowlegable and helpful. Ordered wheelchair parts and they arrived quickly. Everything here is 5 star.
